New York & Adirondacks

Sagamore Hotel on Lake George - We celebrated our 49th Anniversary
with a leisurely lunch on the patio overlooking the grounds
Everything was very posh and elegant and you
can see the view was spectacular.

So much history here.  A fort every time you turn around.

This is not  your concrete Manhattan.  The Adirondacks are green and lush.
Lots of different trees I'm sure make for beautiful fall folliage.  We won't
see that this time though.

The skating venue at Lake Placid.  Skating lessons going on while we watched.

Olympic Center at Lake Placid.  A real touristy trap town - but cute.
